42 inches wide. 3.19 inches thin. 400 sq ft of coverage. Wall-mount or recess it. 12 flame colors over a glass crystal ember bed. Alexa, phone app, remote, and touch panel.

You have owned space heaters before. Bulky boxes in the corner. Fan noise, one color, one setting. This is not that.

Here is what actually differs about The Crystal Panel.

4 Things We Care About

12 Flame Colors. Real Glass Ember Bed.

12 flame colors, 12 ember-bed colors, 5-level brightness, 5-level speed. Warm amber for classic fire, cool blue for evening ambience. The ember bed is actual glass crystals lit from below, not a molded plastic log.

3.19 Inches Deep. Wall-Mount or Recessed.

Ultra-thin at 3.19 inches. Mounts flat on a bedroom or hallway wall without eating floor space. Or recess it into an accent wall for a built-in fireplace look. The 6.5 ft cord routes to a wall outlet behind or nearby.

Alexa. App. Remote. Touch.

Control it however you want. Remote (26 ft range), touch panel on the front, Alexa voice, or the phone app over WiFi or Bluetooth. Turn the flame on for ambience without the heat. Turn the heat on without the flame in sleep mode.

ETL Certified. Cool-Touch Glass. Overheat Shutoff.

Tempered glass front stays cool to touch. Steel housing. Overhead vents move warm air out the top so nothing hot faces the room. Overheat shutoff cycles the element down automatically. ETL listed on the back plate.

Plug it in tonight. Warm the room while the multicolor flame over a real glass ember bed turns any wall into a fireplace.

Mount It. Plug It In. Warm the Room. Watch the Flame. Tonight.

Pick a wall. Anchor the bracket (or recess it into a wall opening). Plug the 6.5 ft cord into a nearby outlet. Press the touch panel, tap the app, or ask Alexa. The 12-color flame comes on over the glass ember bed. Warm air comes out the top vents. That is it. No venting, no gas line, no chimney.

Real homeowners. Real bedrooms and living rooms. Real crystal-bed flame on the wall on the same 1500 watts everyone else charges you for.

Homeowners. Renters. Caregivers. All had the same one wall in the house that felt cold and blank. Here is what happened when they mounted something to it.

"Mounted it above my sewing table. My hands stopped aching."

"I turned my spare bedroom into a craft studio for quilting. It was always the coldest room in the house and my hands would cramp within an hour. Mounted The Crystal Panel above my sewing table and the room warmed up in about 20 minutes. I have not had to stop early since. Even set the timer for the mornings so it warms the room before I sit down. The 12-color flame is a nice bonus while I work."

"HVAC tech. Wanted zero maintenance and a real ETL cert. This is it."

"Thirty years installing forced-air systems for a living. Went with a wall-mount electric for my home den because I wanted zero maintenance and a real ETL cert on the back plate. Tempered glass front stays cool to touch. Overhead vents move warm air out the top so nothing hot faces the room. Overheat shutoff cycles the element down before anything gets close to unsafe. Warms my 380 sq ft den in a real winter without kicking on the whole-house furnace. Solid engineering."

"Basement family room. Boys stopped stacking blankets to watch movies."

"Basement family room where the boys watch movies. Was cold enough in January that they would stack fleece blankets over their laps to make it through a two-hour movie. Mounted this above the entertainment center. Glass front stays cool, no fins, no exposed metal. The ember-crystal bed genuinely looks like a real fire when the boys have friends over. Whole basement warms in about 25 minutes. Zero complaints."

The biggest 12-color flame I have ever seen on a wall-mount unit.

Owned a small floor-standing space heater for two winters. Fine little unit. Bought The Crystal Panel for our larger family room because the floor unit was too small for the space and the flame was static and boring. The Panel is 42 inches wide and mounts on the wall. The 12-color flame over the glass crystal ember bed is more than twice as big and dramatically more convincing. Warm amber for evening, cool blue when we have friends over. Movie nights are elevated. Warms our 380 sq ft family room to 70F in about 25 minutes. 5-year-old asked if it was a real fire.

Alexa voice control at 2am is the killer feature I did not know I needed.

Bought this mostly for the flame effect. Kept it because Alexa control turned out to be huge for my sleep schedule. I wake up at 4am for work. Rather than fumbling with a remote in the dark or getting out of bed to hit a touch panel, I just say 'Alexa, turn on the fireplace' and the room starts warming while I get dressed. Timer set for 45 minutes so it turns itself off after I leave. The 12 flame colors are nice but the smart-home integration is what makes this feel like a 2026 product and not just a heater.

HVAC tech. ETL cert, cool-touch glass, and overhead vents are why.

I install and repair forced-air furnaces for a living. My wife wanted a fireplace look for our den without a gas line or a chimney. I picked this one. ETL cert on the back plate (real, not marketing). Overhead vent design means the glass front stays cool to touch — no exposed hot metal facing the room. Overheat shutoff cycles the element down before anything gets to unsafe temp. Everything you would look for on the safety side. 1500W on high draws about 12.5A — plug it into a dedicated outlet, not a shared circuit with a microwave. Overall built better than most wall-mount electrics in this price range.

Recessed it into our accent wall. Neighbors think we redid the fireplace.

Our house had never had a fireplace. Wife has wanted one for years. Instead of paying 8-12k for a real gas insert, I framed out an opening in our stacked-stone accent wall and recessed The Crystal Panel into it. 3.19 inches deep meant the framing was straightforward — just a shallow inset. Wired an outlet inside the cavity so no cord shows. From across the room it looks like a built-in fireplace with a wide horizontal flame. Total cost including the panel and framing lumber: under 700 bucks. My contractor buddy laughed and said he could not have done it cheaper.

Engineer. Kill-a-Watt says 1500W high, 750W low. Matches label exactly.

Kill-a-Watt on the outlet. High mode: exactly 1500W (12.5A at 120V). Low mode: exactly 750W. Flame-only mode with heat off: about 8W (the LED array plus the display). Coverage claim (400 sq ft) is basically accurate for a well-insulated room. My 420 sq ft living room goes from 62 to 70F in about 28 minutes on high, then holds at 70 on low. Drafty rooms will take longer. The app is a Tuya-based Smart Life integration — works reliably over WiFi. Alexa integration is via the Smart Life skill. Standard smart-home stuff, no proprietary hub required.

My mother is 82. This is the fireplace she asked me to install for her.

My mother is 82, lives alone in a small ranch house in Ohio. Cold in her sitting room every winter no matter how high she turns the central heat. I installed The Crystal Panel on her sitting room wall. She uses the remote almost exclusively — buttons are big enough for her hands, red power button is unmistakable. The 12-color flame is her favorite part; she cycles through them like TV channels. Her sitting room stays warm without her having to bend over to a floor unit. Glass stays cool so she is not worried about the grandkids. Overheat shutoff so I do not worry about her either.

Same 1500W of heat. Different form and different install. A portable space heater sits on the floor and blows warm air from a fan. The Crystal Panel mounts on the wall (or recesses into an accent wall) and moves warm air through overhead convection vents at the top. No floor space taken up, no visible fan noise, and you get a 42-inch wide 12-color flame effect over a real glass crystal ember bed as a bonus. Best fit if you want the fireplace look and are OK anchoring something to a wall.

No. It is an LED-lit visual effect behind a tempered glass front, with actual glass crystals in the ember bed lit from below in 12 colors. From normal viewing distance (5+ feet) it looks convincingly like a real fire and the color options are genuinely dramatic. Up close you can tell it is not real flame. No wood, no smoke, no crackling, no ash.

Any interior wall with a stud within reach of a wall outlet — the bracket anchors into studs and the cord is 6.5 ft long. Common spots: above a low console or credenza in the living room, on a bedroom wall opposite the bed, above the entertainment center in a family room, or recessed into an accent wall for a built-in look. Mount so the top of the panel is at eye level when seated. Keep at least 8 inches clear above the top vents. Avoid mounting directly above a TV — the heat rises.

Wipe the tempered glass front with a soft dry cloth every few weeks to keep dust off the flame view. Vacuum the top vent slots once a season. That is it. No filters, no fluid, no annual servicing. If a flame color starts flickering weirdly (rare), unplug for 60 seconds and plug back in — it resets the LED array.

The flame-only mode (no heat) draws about 8W — essentially the same as a nightlight — and is designed to run continuously without safety concerns. That said, we still recommend using the 1-12 hour timer so nothing electrical runs unattended past when you want it to. If you want to combine flame ambience with heat overnight, use sleep mode: the display and flame dim, the heat cycles quietly, and the timer shuts everything off at the set time. Never leave a space heater in heat mode running when you leave the house.

Technically yes if you have a 120V AC circuit rated for the 12.5A draw. Realistically not the best fit — 1500W is a lot to pull from an RV inverter or a small solar setup. Best in a stick-built home on a standard 15A wall circuit. Do NOT plug into an extension cord or power strip.

Every 1500-watt heater makes the same heat. What differs about this one: 42 inches of 12-color flame over a real glass crystal ember bed, 3.19 inches thin so it mounts on the wall without eating floor space, Alexa + phone + remote + touch control, and 400 sq ft of coverage. Plug it in, mount it up, warm the room, watch the flame. Tonight.
