Real homeowners. Real insert.
"We took down our old TV above the mantel a couple of years ago and never replaced it. Wall was too big and bare. Mounted The Marquee flush in that spot - 36 inches of linear flame across the crystal-ember bed. My grandson stuck the two included LED strips under the mantel edge and set them to red at Halloween. Purple at Halloween on the fireplace, red glowing under the mantel. My grandkids will not stop talking about it."
"Bought it for our small mountain cabin. Mounted above the rough-cut cedar mantel shelf. Amber flame reads like a real fire from across the room at dusk. Same ETL certification we specified for real inserts in code."
"Family room has two windows on the wall with an odd 40-inch gap between them where a bookshelf used to be. Cut a 36.5x13.5x5.5 opening, recessed The Marquee flush, drywall around it. Looks built-in. Amber flame most nights. Blue at 5pm in December calms the whole room."
Real Reviews From Real Customers

Above the mantel where our old TV used to be. LED strips are a bonus.
Took down our old wall-mounted TV years ago. Big bare wall above the mantel felt empty. The Marquee at 36 inches mounted flush in that spot. Two included LED strip lights - I stuck them along the underside of the mantel. Set them to match the fireplace flame color. Amber on the fireplace + amber glow along the mantel edge = the whole wall becomes an ambient light source. Grandkids beg for purple + blue at Halloween.

Retired. Wanted controls I understood. White remote and touch panel.
Every space heater comes with an app. I do not want an app. I am 68. The Marquee has a small white remote and touch buttons on the top strip. No app, no WiFi setup, no Alexa. Set the flame color, brightness, timer with the remote from the couch. Entire user manual.

Recessed into the wall between two windows. Looks built-in.
Family room has an odd 40-inch gap between two windows where a bookshelf used to be. Cut a 36.5 x 13.5 x 5.5 rectangular opening between the studs, recessed The Marquee flush, drywall repair around it. From 10 feet away it looks built into the wall.

Contractor quoted $4,500 for a real linear gas fireplace. This was $325.
Wanted a linear fireplace over our mantel. Contractor quoted $4,500 for the unit + $1,800 gas line + permit. About $6,500 total. I ordered The Marquee for $325 and wall-mounted it in an afternoon. Yes it is electric not real gas, but at 5% of the cost, I can live with the tradeoff.

HVAC tech. 1500W verified. Warms my 400 sq ft family room.
HVAC / electrical tech. Clamp meter reads ~12.5A at 120V under load = ~1500W. Label honest. Coverage 400 sq ft - warms my family room from 62 to 72 in about 25 minutes. Blower is quiet enough to hear the TV.

Guest bedroom retrofit. Wall mount above the small dresser.
Small guest bedroom. Mounted The Marquee flush above the low dresser as a linear feature. In-laws stayed over Thanksgiving and would not stop asking about it. Amber flame on low all evening.

No. LED-lit visual effect behind tempered glass, with a bed of glass crystal embers lit in amber, blue, or purple. Amber is convincing at normal viewing distance; blue and purple are stylized decorative colors.
Wall-mount flush to any wall using the included bracket (needs 36.5" wide + 13.5" tall clearance + a nearby outlet), or recess into a rectangular wall opening at least 36.5" x 13.5" x 5.5" deep. Common installs: above a mantel, between two windows, above a wide TV console.
Wipe the tempered glass front with a soft dry cloth. Vacuum the top vent occasionally. LED accent strips wipe clean with a dry cloth.
Flame-only mode draws ~15W. Never leave heat mode running unattended. Use the timer.
At 36 inches wide it will only fit in a large fifth-wheel or park model. Draw is 1500W (~12.5A at 120V). Needs a dedicated 15A circuit or 3000W+ continuous generator.
