Yes. IP65 is a weather rating — the heater works just as well indoors. Common indoor uses: drafty family rooms, garages, workshops, sunrooms, glassed-in porches. Standard 120V outlet, three-prong plug. Do not park it right against curtains or upholstery — leave three feet of clearance in front of each panel.
The T-crossbar at the top has two infrared panels back-to-back, one facing each direction. Each panel is 750W and has its own pull chain hanging below it. Pull one chain — one panel on, 750W. Pull both — both on, 1500W total. That way if you are alone, you only run half the wattage and pay half the cost.
