Will it fit my opening?
The insert slides into an opening at least 24.6 in wide, 8.5 in deep and 21 in tall. The front trim is 27.4 in wide and 21.2 in tall, so it covers the edges of the opening.
Where can I put it?
In an existing fireplace, a mantel, a TV stand or media cabinet with a fireplace opening, or a framed opening in a wall.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet with its 6 ft cord.
How much space does it warm?
Two heat settings, 750W and 1,500W, warm rooms up to 400 sq ft. The thermostat holds the room anywhere from 62°F to 82°F.
Can I use the flame without heat?
Yes. Run the flame by itself any time of year, or add heat when it is cold. Choose orange, blue or purple, with adjustable brightness.
Does it come with a remote?
Yes. Use the remote from up to 20 ft away or the panel on the front, with a timer up to 6 hours.
Can I put it under my TV?
Yes. Leave at least 12 in between the top of the insert and the bottom of the TV.
