Measure your wall or opening. The 36 in fits smaller walls and bedrooms, the 42 in suits most living rooms, and the 50 in fills a big media wall. All three sizes are 17.7 in tall and 5.6 in deep.
How do I install it?
Three ways. Recess it into a wall opening, hang it on the wall with the included bracket, or attach the included feet and set it on a console or the floor.
What size opening do I need to recess it?
About 6 in deep and 16.3 in tall. The width is 34.7 in for the 36 in, 40.7 in for the 42 in and 48.7 in for the 50 in. The frame covers the edges of the opening.
Does it need a special outlet?
No. It plugs into a standard 120V household outlet with its 6 ft cord.
How much space does it warm?
Two heat settings, 750W and 1,500W, warm rooms up to 500 sq ft. The thermostat holds the room anywhere from 62°F to 82°F.
Can I use the flame without heat?
Yes. Run the flame by itself any time of year, or add heat when it is cold. Choose from 9 flame colors and 5 brightness levels.
Does it come with a remote?
Yes. Use the remote from up to 20 ft away or the panel on top, with a timer from 1 to 8 hours. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries.
