Do I need an electrician or a 240V outlet?
No. Plug it into any standard 120V outlet in your garage — the same outlet your battery charger, your radio, or your work light plug into. Zero panel upgrade, zero permit, zero electrician's quote. That's the whole point.
What makes this different from the $79 heaters on the marketplace sites?

Not if you plug it into its own outlet. The Warden draws 12.5 amps — well within a standard 15A garage circuit. Rule of thumb: don't share the circuit with a table saw, a compressor, or a shop vac. Give it its own outlet and it runs flat all day.
Does it have a thermostat so it holds a temperature?
Yes — real thermostat dial that cycles the element on and off to hold the setting. Great for freeze protection (paint, batteries, canned goods, water lines) — set it and walk away. The unit takes care of itself.
How loud is it?
Silent. No fan, no click, no hum. The oil circulates by natural convection inside the sealed ThermaSeal Core, so once heat starts flowing there are zero moving parts. Podcast audible over the router.
Can I run it on an extension cord?
No — plug directly into a wall outlet. Extension cords aren't rated for continuous 12.5-amp heater loads and can overheat. If your outlet's on the wrong wall, roll the unit closer (the Warden is on 4 caster wheels for exactly this reason).
