How does it work?
It goes on top of your mattress, under your fitted sheet. Plug it in, pick a heat level from 1 to 9, set the timer, and the warmth comes up from underneath.
Can my partner and I set different temperatures?
Yes. Full, Queen and King come with two controllers, one for each side, so you each pick your own heat level and timer. Twin has one controller.
Does it turn off on its own?
Yes. Set the timer anywhere from 1 to 9 hours and it shuts off automatically. It also has overheat and short-circuit protection.
Will I feel the wires?
The heating wires are sewn inside a soft, quilted non-woven fabric, so the bed feels like a regular mattress pad.
Will it fit my mattress?
Four elastic straps hold it on mattresses up to 10 inches deep. Pick Twin, Full, Queen or King to match your bed.
Is it machine washable?
Yes. Disconnect the controllers and power cord, then wash it following the care label.
How long is the cord?
Each controller has a 1.6 ft cord and the power cord is 5 ft, so it reaches a typical bedside outlet.
